Harmony Trends Gh is an emerging fashion house that seeks to take advantage of growing opportunities in the African clothing and garments market. It addresses an unsatisfied demand and targets a profitable emerging market that is affluent, accessible and trend setting. HT is seeking an expansion facility of Thirty two thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds (€ 32,750) [GH¢ 131,000] to facilitate the expansion of its fashion line and fashion & designing training business. The Proprietor has invested an amount of sixteen thousand seven hundred and twenty five Euros (€ 16,725) [GH¢ 66,900] over the last two and half years to meet initial set-up, production, marketing, research and training expenses. Significant results have been achieved. Ghana alone has a fashion market of over 12 million people with a rapidly growing middle-class and remains an important hub for integrating the Ecowas Common Market and Customs Union. With a market potential of over 200 million people .We understand that customers need more than just something to wear. Customers wants something that reflects their lifestyle, class and personality. This is what informed the establishment of HT HT currently have 18 young people working for the brand with 2 senior management persons. This expansion facility which will mean acquisition of new machinery will translate into we hiring more hands. And also training in different models.
HT has hired Professionally competent and managerially skilled people with many years of reprieve in the industry to deliver the mission of HT and to professionally implement its policies. HT is small in nature, and therefore requires a simple organizational structure. Implementation of this organization form calls for Mahama Yussif to supervise all of the major management decisions in addition to monitoring all other business activities.
HT journey over the years has succeeded in the following 1.investing an amount of sixteen thousand seven hundred and twenty five Euros (€ 16,725) [GH¢ 66,900] over the last two and half years to meet initial set-up, production, marketing, research and training expenses. 2. Put in place a formidable organizational structure .The Venture has adopted a non-formal functional organization structure whereby people focus on their primary areas of expertise. A non-formal structure is flexible and responsive to the market dictates, enabling the business to delight customers by providing them with what they want, when they want it and faster than the competition. 3. Put in place a board of advisors 4. Technical support :development support under various sponsored programs. Legal and contractual issues will be referred to our solicitors who will provide services under an agreed annual contract. Our external accountants also provide specialist support to our Accountant
Our clients includes men, women, children and organizations (bulk orders) HT will receive its revenue streams from order for Caftans, shirts , suits, Smocks, other African Wear and custom orders. However we are considering the possibility of generating revenue from other clothing products and In -house activities such trainings. Additional research into the above is presently on going. Product Development Our business development function is undertaken by a small team headed by Mahama Yussif. New product research and development is central to our business, if HT must continue to bring unique and well-tested designs and products to the market Our Production Process. Typically customers visit our website, social media pages or get referrals to select the clothing styles, fabric kind, texture and color they desire. Once this is done they call our mobile marketing team who follow up with fabric sample and tape to take measurements of persons. Such information is brought to prod.
